CrewIQ is the AI workforce platform behind Varsobia Staffing Services — an app that matches field crews to property preservation, janitorial, and facilities jobs, verifies they are actually on site, and shows them exactly what they will be paid and when. We designed and built the mobile app end to end.
The Challenge
Field staffing runs on phone calls, group texts, and paper timesheets. Dispatchers spend their day matching people to jobs by memory, crews chase managers to find out when they are getting paid, and nobody can prove who was on site without taking someone at their word. The brief was to replace all three of those with one app a crew member can run from a phone between jobs.
What We Built
- A conversational onboarding that captures work types, certifications, and availability in five short steps — the profile data that makes every later match meaningful, gathered without a twenty-field form.
- An AI matching engine that scores open jobs against each crew member’s skills, certs, and drive radius, surfacing ranked matches with pay and distance on the card so accepting takes one tap.
- Verified clock-in combining a GPS geofence check with a badge-photo face match, giving clients defensible proof of attendance and removing buddy-punching from the process.
- Live timesheets with an estimated payout, a per-client breakdown, and a named deposit date, plus a Crew Assistant that answers pay, PTO, and shift questions in natural language.
