Unbroken Investing is a private deal-flow platform for accredited investors — an app that surfaces AI-matched real-estate opportunities, underwrites them in real time, and connects investors with aligned co-investors. We designed and built the mobile app end to end.
The Challenge
Private real-estate deal flow moves through email threads, PDF decks, and a sponsor’s personal network — which means the deals an investor sees depend more on who they know than on what actually fits their portfolio, and the underwriting behind each one usually arrives as a wall of numbers with the real risk buried somewhere on page twelve. The brief was to replace that with a mobile-first pipeline where matching, underwriting, and networking all happen against the investor’s own stated criteria.
What We Built
- A home dashboard leading with portfolio AUM, average IRR, and active deal count, with recommended deals and AI-surfaced opportunities ranked directly underneath.
- An automated deal pipeline, filterable by asset class, that scores every listing against expected IRR, minimum investment, and risk rating before an investor opens it.
- An AI Investment Assistant that answers deal-specific questions against the investor’s own portfolio profile and surfaces primary underwriting risks in plain language rather than in a footnote.
- An investor-matchmaking layer that connects members sharing identical criteria — market, deal size, asset class — ranked by AI match score.
